Patrick is the therapy facility manager at South Bend Orthopaedics and has extensive experience working with orthopaedic patients. He completed an orthopaedic residency in 2007 which focused on evidenced based practice with specifics to patients with back pain. Patrick’s focus is using a classification-based treatment program that focuses on matching treatment programs to subgroups of patients with low back pain. This treatment approach has been shown to be valid and beneficial as evidenced by randomized controlled trials in peer reviewed journals. He has given multiple lectures to physical therapists on this topic. Patrick received a Bachelors in Physical Therapy from the University of Indiana in 1994. He completed his residency in 2007 and received a Masters in Health Science from the University of Indianapolis in 2008. He became an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2008 and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Health Science.
