Contact Center Agent

Full-Time, Elm. Responsible for answering, transferring, and screening all calls in a timely manner and directing them to the appropriate destination. Schedules and cancels patient appointments. Provides support to patients and/or designated caregivers regarding upcoming appointments, enters messages pertaining to patient care. Requires excellent customer service skills including the ability to communicate and concisely with patients as well as staff. Previous experience with a multi-line telephone system and ability to type 50 wpm with a high degree of accuracy.

Surgery Scheduler

Full-Time, Carmichael.. Responsible for scheduling patient surgery and spinal injection appointments in an efficient and timely manner. Books, coordinates, and reschedules patients’ surgery-related appointments. Relays necessary messages to staff and requests surgical clearance if necessary. Greets patients in a prompt and pleasant manner. Verifies necessary information and records in the medical record. Maintains and updates current information on physician’s schedules ensuring that patients are scheduled properly, and appointments are confirmed. Answers phones, messages, and provides information to patients and providers.

MRI Technologist

Full-Time, Carmichael. Responsible for performing all necessary MRI scans, providing excellent customer service, and accurate computer data entry. Minimum of one-year experience. Current AART certification and CPR certification required.

Physical Therapy Technician

Full-Time, Carmichael. The candidate will assist the Physical Therapist with patient care, perform administrative duties and clean/maintain the therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Occupational Therapy Technician

Full-Time, Carmichael. Assists Occupational Therapists with patient care. Maintains work area in a neat, orderly fashion. Performs clerical responsibilities as required. Maintains adequate medical supplies for the department.

Physical Therapy Technician

Part-Time. Elm The candidate will assist the Physical Therapist with patient care, perform administrative duties and clean/maintain the therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Patient Care Specialist-Medical Secretary

Full-Time- Monday-Friday with variable hours, including some early mornings or late nights. Responsible for coordinating services for patient care including greeting patients, answering assigned Physician’s patients calls, communicating with outside sources and other departments, scheduling appointments and/or tests (MRI, etc.) on an as needed basis Customer services and medical office experience preferred.

Medical Scribe

Full-Time Assist a physician throughout their clinic shift with the primary goal to increase the efficiency and the productivity of the physician for whom they are working. Clinical assignment to assist physicians with data entry into EHR; in-room, on-demand transcription of physical exam, diagnosis, plan, notes, etc. Inputs doctor’s orders and prescriptions into EHR. Enters billing information in a timely manner per physician’s instruction, typically at time of patient encounter. Transcribes recorded dictation of records and letters and other material, including special reports for physicians and physician extenders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. Checks documents for errors including dates and format; proofs and faxes letters to referring Physicians from EHR software. Must have a minimum of high school diploma, college degree or courses preferred. Ability to type 60 WPM with a high degree of accuracy, experience with medical terminology is preferred. Must be willing to travel to all locations.

Medical Assistant

Full-Time. Preferably with hand or plastics experience. Responsibilities include rooming patients & collecting patient history; performing screenings per provider guidelines; assisting physicians/physician extenders with various procedures; EMR charting; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam; relaying instructions & pertinent information to patients/families, etc.

X-Ray Technologist

Full-Time. Responsible for preparing patients for procedures. Takes x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety. Must have ARRT certification and preferably 1 year of experience.

Physical Therapist

Full-Time, Carmichael/Elm. Must have a BS, MA, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy and licensed within the state of Indiana. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine background preferred. New grads welcome!
