Patient Care Specialist-Medical Secretary

Full-Time- Monday-Friday with variable hours, including some early mornings or late nights. Responsible for coordinating services for patient care including greeting patients, answering assigned Physician’s patients calls, communicating with outside sources and other departments, scheduling appointments and/or tests (MRI, etc.) on an as needed basis Customer services and medical office experience preferred.

Phone Triage

Full-Time – Elm Road. Provides phone triage during clinic operations for patients by consulting, gathering information, evaluating patient needs over the phone and entering of accurate patient data. Must have excellent customer service skills, accurate data entry skills. Medical Assistant background is preferred but not required.

Patient Registration Specialist

Full-Time- Elm. Responsibilities include registering new and established patients, update insurance information, collect co-pays, and greet patients and visitors in a polite, prompt manner. Previous experience in a medical office a plus. Requires excellent customer service skills and accurate data entry skills.

Patient Registration Specialist

Part-Time- Elm. Responsibilities include registering new and established patients, update insurance information, collect co-pays, and greet patients and visitors in a polite, prompt manner. Previous experience in a medical office a plus. Requires excellent customer service skills and accurate data entry skills.

Cast Tech

Part-Time-Elm. Provides quality orthopedic care in the cast rooms for patients requiring all forms of casts or splints, they will remove sutures and staples when asked, sterilizing instruments, and accessing wounds. 1-2 years of Cast Tech experience is preferred.

Greeter

Part-Time- Carmichael. Must greet every patient as they enter the door as well as basic Covid screening questions and cleaning. Must be friendly, outgoing, and able to wear a mask the entire shift.

Physical Therapy Technician

Carmichael. The candidate will assist the Physical Therapist with patient care, perform administrative duties and clean/maintain the therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Medical Scribe

Full-Time. Assist a physician throughout their clinic shift with the primary goal to increase the efficiency and the productivity of the physician for whom they are working. Clinical assignment to assist physicians with data entry into EHR; in-room, on-demand transcription of physical exam, diagnosis, plan, notes, etc. Inputs doctor’s orders and prescriptions into EHR. Enters billing information in a timely manner per physician’s instruction, typically at time of patient encounter. Transcribes recorded dictation of records and letters and other material, including special reports for physicians and physician extenders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. Checks documents for errors including dates and format; proofs and faxes letters to referring Physicians from EHR software. Must have a minimum of high school diploma, college degree or courses preferred. Ability to type 60 WPM with a high degree of accuracy, experience with medical terminology is preferred. Must be willing to travel to all locations.

Medical Assistant

Full-Time. Preferably with hand or plastics experience. Responsibilities include rooming patients & collecting patient history; performing screenings per provider guidelines; assisting physicians/physician extenders with various procedures; EMR charting; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam; relaying instructions & pertinent information to patients/families, etc.

Occupational Therapist

Full-Time-30-40 hours-Elm Road. Assesses, consults with physician, and develops plan of care/goals with patient and family. Provides treatment based on physician orders. Observes patient status and recommends changes in plan as appropriate and provides quality patient care. Graduate of an accredited school with a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree and licensed in the state of Indiana.

Triage and Contact Center Manager

Full-Time. This position will oversee the triage department, call center, as well as patient care specialists.  Will be responsible for implementing and monitoring department goals, developing, and maintaining policies and protocols, improve efficiencies of each department as well as train new staff. Must have previous supervisory experience, preferably in a clinic setting. RN Degree preferred with a current Indiana license.
