Physical Therapy Technician

Full-Time. Elm. The candidate will assist the Physical Therapist with patient care, perform administrative duties and clean/maintain the therapy area. No prior experience necessary.

Case Manager

Full-Time. Responsible for securing Independent Medical Exam (IME) business and record reviews for the physicians and for building and maintaining positive business relationships with employers, insurance carriers, patients, and staff. This position will obtain, organize, and type summary of medical records for physicians for IME and peer reviews scheduled, deliver medical records to appropriate physicians for IME process, obtain signatures from physicians, send out reports to appropriate referral sources, and will assist with marketing events as requested. Knowledge of health care reimbursement, including aspects of managed care payment practices and worker’s compensation and high typing speed/accuracy is preferred.

Patient Care Specialist-Medical Secretary

Full-Time. Assist a physician throughout their clinic shift with the primary goal to increase the efficiency and the productivity of the physician for whom they are working. Clinical assignment to assist physicians with data entry into EHR; in-room, on-demand transcription of physical exam, diagnosis, plan, notes, etc. Inputs doctor’s orders and prescriptions into EHR. Enters billing information in a timely manner per physician’s instruction, typically at time of patient encounter. Transcribes recorded dictation of records and letters and other material, including special reports for physicians and physician extenders in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy. Checks documents for errors including dates and format; proofs and faxes letters to referring Physicians from EHR software. Must have a minimum of high school diploma, college degree or courses preferred. Ability to type 60 WPM with a high degree of accuracy, experience with medical terminology is preferred. Must be willing to travel to all locations.

Medical Assistant

Full-Time. Preferably with hand or plastics experience. Responsibilities include rooming patients & collecting patient history; performing screenings per provider guidelines; assisting physicians/physician extenders with various procedures; EMR charting; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting specimens, preparing for exam; relaying instructions & pertinent information to patients/families, etc.

X-Ray Technologist

Full-Time. Responsible for preparing patients for procedures. Takes x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety. Must have ARRT certification and preferably 1 year of experience.
