Dr. PJ Warmoth is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with an emphasis on arthroscopic, reconstructive, and joint replacement surgery. He is a proud Mishawaka native and thrilled at the opportunity to return to serve his hometown community.
Dr. Warmoth graduated Cum Laude from Ball State University in 2014 with a degree in Exercise Science. Following undergraduate studies, he earned his medical degree in 2018 from Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Indianapolis, IN. He was a chief resident at Doctors OhioHealth Orthopedic Surgery Residency in Columbus, OH in 2023. After residency, he completed an Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Surgery Fellowship in Pittsburgh with Allegheny Health Network, where he advanced his arthroscopic techniques, and participated in orthopedic research and resident education. During his tenure he served as a team physician for the Pittsburgh Pirates, traveling nationally and internationally with USA Rugby.
Outside of work, Dr. Warmoth enjoys time with his family. He has a beautiful wife, Halie, two wonderful young daughters, and two dogs. His family are avid sports fans and spend time being active in various community events. Dr. Warmoth was involved in numerous sports throughout his upbringing and has experience treating a wide array of patient populations ranging from the youngest amateur to the professional level. Dr. Warmoth prides himself on treating each patient as an individual and ensures that he tailors his treatment to each person’s individual and specific needs.
